Sami Weight Loss 12-24-08
The fat fast is still working but I had to add some casein protein last night (which kept me the same weight as the day before!). Okay, I've had a change in plans because now I am going to add more protein and fiber for 2 days, but not go over 600 calories! Then I am going to try fat fast again for 5 days.

I am officially a weight loss idiot. I was starving myself and in ketosis and then I got so messed up that my sugar went down super low (like 60) and I had to carb load!!!!!!!
