Scarborough Fayre - Mediaevil Baebes
The Bæbes's first album, Salva Nos (1997), shot straight to No 2 in the classical charts, a silver disc. Subsequent albums include Worldes Blysse (which went straight to No 1), Undrentide, (co-produced by John Cale), The Rose, and the Christmas-themed album Mistletoe & Wine.
Mirabilis (2005), was launched at a concert and party in London, August 2005. A self-titled DVD was released in July 2006. The first 300 preorders were autographed by the band and received a special mention in the DVD credits.
A live album was released on November 25th 2006 and features two new studio tracks.
Each album features traditional medieval songs and poetry set to music, mostly arranged by Blake specifically for the ensemble, alongside varying numbers of original compositions. They sing in a variety of languages, including Latin, Middle English, French, Italian, Russian, Swedish, Cadenet, Scottish English, German, Manx Gaelic, Spanish, Welsh, Bavarian, Provençal, Irish Gaelic, modern English and the nearly extinct Cornish. Their vocals are backed by medieval instruments, including the recorder and cittern, played by the singers or fellow musicians.
The Bæbes' musical pieces run the gamut from extremely traditional, such as their version of The Coventry Carol on Salva Nos, to songs that feel traditional but are much more modern, such as their rendition of Summerisle, a song written for Robin Hardy's 1973 cult film Wicker Man. John Cale added non-medieval instruments, including saxophone and electric guitar, to some of the arrangements on Undrentide, although with subsequent albums the band returned to more traditional instruments. Even with these instruments, however, the band's current style is quite different from medieval authentic performance groups, as it displays significant modern influence, this juxtaposition most notably apparent in the Bæbes's latest album Illumination (2009) produced by KK (Kevin Kerrigan)

Guitar: Streets of London (Ralph McTell cover)
A very moving song. There are numerous homeless people wandering the streets of our towns and cities, but who really takes much notice of them? Are they just a nuisance to you or do you recognize that they have once been heroes and useful members of society who have for one reason or another fallen on hard times.

Wayne Sleep - DASH - Ballroom & Latin Satire...
Wayne Sleep (famous Ballet dancer) as a Ballroom Queen performing the Waltz, Tango, Cha Cha and Paso Doble, from his show DASH.
In 1980 Wayne formed his own dance company DASH which after many seasons in the West End toured the world, concluding back in London at the Coliseum.

The show premièred at Chichester Festival Theatre in 1980, then toured to the King's Theatre, Edinburgh and the New Palace Theatre, Plymouth in 1981. The concept to present dance to a wider audience was a show of mixed styles: ballet, jazz, tap and contemporary, an innovation at the time and one that was well received by both critics and audience. As Ann Nugent said in Dance and Dancers: "Wayne Sleep deserved a special prize for making dance more accessible with his brilliantly conceived DASH."

Wayne Sleep (born 1948 in Plymouth, UK)won a Leverhulme Scholarship to the Royal Ballet School in 1961 and joined the Royal Ballet Company in 1966. Later he became a Principal Dancer and had numerous roles created for him by amongst others Ashton, MacMillan, de Valois, Layton, Nureyev, and Neumeier. He was a Guest Artist with several ballet companies, including English National, London City, Scottish, Capab, and London Contemporary Dance.
Acting: Puck (A Midsummer Night's Dream), Ariel (The Tempest), Feste, Tony Lumpkin (She Stoops to Conquer), Truffaldino (Servant of Two Masters), Soldier (in A Soldiers Tale), Mr Mistofeles (Cats), Child Catcher (Chitty Chitty Bang Bang), Emcee (Cabaret), Oblio (The Point), Adjutant (Into Thin Air) and Song and Dance all in the West End.
Choreography: Hot Shoe Show (BBC TV), Carousel, Salad Days, Savoy Suite (English National Ballet), Roll Over Jehovah, Aspects of Dance, World of Classical Ballet, History of Dance, David and Goliath (London Contemporary Dance Theatre), Winding Road (London City Ballet), Hollywood and Broadway, and for the National Youth Ballet Wonderland (Scenes from Alice), Cinderella, and Toad.
He directed, choreographed and appeared in his own review of dance, DASH, culminating in a world tour. Last Christmas he was the lead in the pantomime Beauty and the Beast at the Theatre Royal, Windsor.
