Water main bursts in Lowell
A water main broke near a construction site on Lincoln Street, in Lowell, MA, under a Lowell Connector underpass, about Wednesday night. Neighbors reported that their water was still working, though. The leak was repaired. It was not clear why the pipe ruptured.
