The Many Faces Of Wendy Marie Testaburger
Wendy Marie Testaburger is a character from South Park, prominent as Stan Marsh's girlfriend, and as the most major female student character. She has been voiced by four people during the series' run: Mary Kay Bergman, Mona Marshall, Eliza Schneider, and most recently April Stewart. Wendy's character is reportedly based on Liane Adamo, a former fiancée of creator Trey Parker.[1] She made her first appearance unnamed, but clearly recognizable in The Spirit of Christmas.
Contents
Wendy has a head of mid-back length black hair with bangs, and she wears a pink beret, a light purple jacket with a blue collar, blue gloves, and yellow pants. Underneath her shirt she has been seen in a purple tanktop (Bebe's Boobs Destroy Society) and in Breast Cancer Show Ever she sports a white blouse with a unicorn, stars and a rainbow. She wears her beret while she sleeps, as seen in Chef Goes Nanners and Bebe's Boobs Destroy Society and has only taken it off in the former.
When dressed for an occasion, she wears a knee-length pink dress with a purple strap at the top, white shoes, and white gloves. To try and get Stan's attention in "Tom's Rhinoplasty", she had her hair feathered out and wore a violet beret and a black leather vest and skirt. This was a parody of the final scene in Grease (film). Though she usually wears her pink beret, she's been shown to have the aforementioned violet one, and a red one as well ("Something You Can Do With Your Finger").
[edit] Personality and Traits
Like her boyfriend, Wendy is mature for her age, critical of popular trends, moral and intellectual. She rallies for liberal causes in several episodes and often criticizes people who don't believe in them, often her arguments being fought with Eric Cartman who calls her a "hippie" in response. She is also known to like having lots of attention paid to her, and gets jealous very easily. This was first evident in "Tom's Rhinoplasty" when she accused an attractive substitute teacher of stealing Stan from her. In the episode "Bebe's Boobs Destroy Society", her best friend, Bebe Stevens, was getting more attention than her because Bebe was developing breasts. Wendy had breast implants placed on her so she would receive more attention. However, instead of boys liking her, they ridiculed her because they had realized the "control" breasts had over their lives. Wendy is not Roman Catholic because she is not seen in church.
[edit] Relationships
[edit] Stan Marsh
Main Article: Stan Marsh.
Wendy would often attempt to talk with Stan or even kiss him, which would make him so nervous he would vomit, causing her to scream, "Ew! Gross!" and leave. Early on in the series, Wendy became Stan's girlfriend, and at some points, was very protective of Stan. Their relationship was made official in Chef's Chocolate Salty Balls, though in Tom's Rhinoplasty, Wendy refers to Stan as her sweetheart, and tries very hard to keep him from liking their substitute teacher. Stan was the first of the four main boys to get his first kiss, which took part in "South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut." Later in the series they seemed to lose interest in each other. She broke up with Stan in "Raisins," due to a misunderstanding between the two. Instead she dates Token Black, but nothing longstanding happened between them. Despite this, Stan and Wendy still harboured lingering feelings for each other as long as two seasons. In the episode "Follow That Egg!", Stan gets insanely jealous of Kyle for working on a school project with Wendy, and was convinced that Kyle had a relationship with her. Wendy also attempts to get Stan's forgiveness at the end of the same episode. It is also indicated that this was not the only attempt when she said in The List that Stan's talking to her is a "nice surprise."
In a 2005 interview, when asked if Stan and Wendy would get back together, South Park co-creator Matt Stone answered, "Their love is written in the stars, but this world seems to conspire to keep them apart."[2]

When Ladies Meet - Original Trailer 1941
Strange Skirts is the TV title of the 1941 MGM film When Ladies Meet. The film was a remake of a 1933 production of the same name, which starred Ann Harding, Myrna Loy and Spring Byington; their roles were taken over in the remake by Greer Garson, Joan Crawford and Spring Byington. Both films are based on a Rachel Crothers play about a lady novelist who falls in love with a married publisher. The novelist (Crawford) meets the publisher's wife (Garson) at the home of a chatterbox society matron (Byington). The fact that the 1941 version was forced to undergo the censor's scissors to a greater extent than the 1933 film was compensated by the later version's lusher production values, which earned an Academy Award nomination for MGM art director Cedric Gibbons and Randall Duell. Under both its original title When Ladies Meet and its TV-dictated cognomen Strange Skirts, this dated but enjoyable film has become a "standard" on the various cable TV services of Ted Turner.

Angel Face - Original Trailer 1953
Jean Simmons' fascinating interpretation of an uncharacteristic role is the main drawing card of Otto Preminger's Angel Face. The daughter of Charles Treymayne (Herbert Marshall), who remarried a wealthy woman (Barbara O'Neil), Diane Treymayne's (Simmons) angelic countenance masks an unbridled psychotic who'll let nothing stand in the way of her happiness. Diane arranges for Catherine's death, making it look like an auto accident. Coveting family chauffeur Frank Jessup (Robert Mitchum), Diane steals Frank away from his sweetheart Mary (Mona Freeman) and forces him to become her spiritual accomplice in her stepmother's murder. And when Diane finally realizes that she'll never, ever, be able to hold Frank, she... well, enough said. If Angel Face doesn't look like a typical early-1950s RKO Radio film, it may be because its director was borrowed from 20th Century-Fox, and its cinematographer (Harry Stradling) was a loan-out from Sam Goldwyn.

Saban's Adventures of Oliver Twist [Intro] [ddisc]
Oliver, an orphaned, anthropomorphized dog in Victorian-era England, searches for his mother. To accomplish his goal, he must first make his escape from the evil custodian of the orphanage and the custodian's two accomplices, Scratch and Sniff. Luckily, Oliver can rely on the help of his friends, Dodger (a rabbit) and Charlie (a pig), along with Fagan (a fox), Nancy (a cat).
A little section of the animated series Saban's Adventures of Oliver Twist based very loosely on Charles Dickens classic with anthropomorphic beings with humans. In the series it turns out that Oliver is not really an orphan. He has a mother but has been separated from her and later sent to the workhouse. In an interesting take, unlike his literary counterpart, the character Fagin (as a fox) is portrayed as a good guy and not a thief teaching younger thieves, or so it seems. Artful Dodger is just a cunning kid and not a pickpocket.
Mona Marshall provides the voice of Oliver. Televised the same time American Tail Fievel Goes West was released in the early 1990s. This series is not yet on DVD so hopefully this will spark interest in a DVD release.

It's in YOUR Body
Glutathione is the most powerful & prevalent antioxidant in your body and by increasing your glutathione level you will naturally increase your energy, detoxify your body and strengthen your immune system.
Glutathione is considered a master antioxident and there are over 60,000 published papers on glutathione, yet you probably have never heard of it.
Or if you have, it is possibly due to having seen glutathione as an over the counter supplement.
However a supplement of glutathione will not give you the benefits of glutathione because your digestive system will break it down and it will not be absorbed by your body.
Introducing MaxGXL
MaxGXL's Patented Formula Dramatically Increases Intercellular GSH..
MaxGXL provides the proper nutrients needed to promote the body's own ability to manufacture and absorb glutathione.
MaxGXL also aids in liver support. by destroying environmental toxins, thus helping the liver to function as the main production site and storehouse for glutathione.
Every cell in your body makes glutathione but after age 20, the production slows down. Every year the production is less and less and you find yourself getting tired and old and your immune system doesn't hold up to daily life stresses and air pollution as it should.
By taking MaxGxl you will be giving your body the proper nutrients to help the production and absorbption of glutathione.
